Impactful SEN Support Assistant – Secondary School

East Midlands Education Trust’s Castle Donington College is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive staff. The role focuses on providing in-class support to pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities, helping them develop skills and confidence to work more independently.
