Counterbalance FLT Driver – 4 on/4 off, Weekly Pay

Manpower UK in Rugby is seeking an FLT Counterbalance Driver to operate and pick items onto pallets within a busy warehouse. You will join a team, report to the Line Manager, and help ensure accurate, timely delivery while upholding high health and safety standards.

The role requires an FLT Counterbalance Licence, good numeracy and literacy, and a proactive, detail-focused approach. Rotating shifts start at 07:00 and 19:00, 4 on/4 off, with weekly pay and other benefits.
