Job Description:

Location: Brierley HillSalary: £25,030 + generous quarterly bonus (OTE up to £29,030)Hours: Full-time on a rota basis between 8am-6pm, plus one Saturday in every three (Time given back in lieu)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environmentSupporting customers with existing business quotes, supporting sales alongisde general inquires you will also deal with motor insurance queriesDelivering a highly customer-focused service every timeBalancing sales, retention, and productivity targets

Bonus is paid quarterly based on performance across sales, retention, and productivity.

Training & Working Pattern:

Start date: 16th November 2026Full training provided (office-based initially)Hybrid working available after successfully completing probation (4 months)
