Deputy Store Manager – Lead Teams & Customer Experience

schuh in Guernsey is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a busy store and drive excellent customer service. You will coach the team, manage junior managers and sales staff, and set goals to achieve targets while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
