Customer Service Team Lead: Coaching & Growth

GLL is seeking a Team Leader to guide a Belfast Customer Service Centre team. You will coach, develop and motivate up to 14 colleagues to achieve first-call resolution and excellent customer interactions.

You will shape a positive team culture, manage performance, and support recruitment and onboarding while contributing to career progression within a thriving charity-led social enterprise.
