Graduate Relationship Manager Commercial Banking Rotations

HSBC Holdings plc is launching a regional graduate programme based in the Midlands. The scheme will rotate you between Birmingham, Castle Donington, and Leicester, starting July 2027 for 24 months.

You will gain experience in relationship management within Commercial Banking, building client insights and financial solution knowledge. You will begin with two six-month placements in Product teams, then a 12-month Coverage placement to support client relationships and balance commercial returns
