We are currently recruiting for a Control Room Operator to join a busy Waste Treatment & Renewable Energy Facility based in Manvers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation where you will play a key role in the safe, efficient and continuous operation of the facility.
As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring plant and equipment from the control room, responding to operational issues and ensuring the facility operates in line with all health & safety, environmental and operational standards.
This role would suit someone with experience in waste management, recycling, manufacturing, process operations or a similar industrial environment who is looking to develop their career within the waste and renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
. Monitor the facility and associated plant and equipment from the control room.
. Operate and control processes in accordance with operational procedures.

. Liaise with engineers, maintenance teams and operational colleagues to resolve issues.
. Carry out routine checks and inspections of plant and equipment.
. Ensure all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
. Follow all health & safety, environmental and operational procedures.
. Support the safe start-up, shutdown and isolation of plant and equipment.
. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding plant performance and operational issues.
. Assist with maintaining optimum plant efficiency and availability.
. Report any environmental, safety or operational concerns immediately.
. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
What We Offer:
. £37,455.60 per annum
. 07:00–17:00 day shift
. Monday to Friday working pattern
