Independent Operations & Customer Service Leader

Screwfix is seeking a hands-on leader to support customer service and store operations. Reporting to the Pod Manager, you’ll work independently for extended periods, manage your workload, and ensure safety and high standards while lone working. You’ll role-model company standards, follow processes, and help deliver business initiatives.

The role is open to full or part-time applications, offering a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment that supports tradespeople across the UK.
