Group, Conference & Events Assistant Manager

Apex Hotels in Dundee & Dunblane seeks a Group, Conference & Events Assistant Manager to drive conference, events and group sales from enquiry to execution. You will support the GCE Manager and lead the Events & Groups team to maximise revenue and deliver outstanding client experiences across spaces.

The role requires proven experience in events or group sales, strong leadership, and excellent negotiation skills, with booking systems such as Infor, Opera, Delphi and Microsoft Office.
