At Shaftesbury John Grooms Court, we’re looking for an ambitious and compassionate Deputy Manager to help lead our service and make a lasting difference to the lives of people with physical and intellectual disabilities.

We’re seeking a candidate who holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, ( or willing to work towards this ) with the leadership skills, experience and passion to deliver exceptional person-centred support.
