Protocol Education Limited is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND and SEMH needs in a specialist school. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to support learning, emotions and behaviour, and contribute to a calm, structured classroom environment.
The role offers weekly PAYE pay, free CPD training, and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, with opportunities to progress into teaching or educational psychology roles.
