Account Manager – Full-Service Marketing AgencyLocation: BirminghamSalary: £30-35k

We’re working with a well-established, full-service marketing agency looking to add an experienced Account Manager to their growing Client Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves building strong client relationships and wants to be part of a creative, collaborative team.

The role:

• Managing day-to-day client relationships and account handling




• Briefing and collaborating with internal creative, digital and production teams




• Trafficking jobs through the agency, keeping projects on time and on budget




• Financial management – quoting, invoicing and protecting margin




• Supporting and mentoring Account Executives

What we’re looking for:

• Proven agency account handling experience at AM level




• Strong understanding of digital production processes




• Financially aware and comfortable discussing costs with clients
  
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills




• Full UK driving licence required
