Culture & Leadership Programs Coordinator

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Programme Support Officer to join the Culture, Leadership and Organisational Development Service. This role supports programmes that foster an open, inclusive, and compassionate culture for staff across OUH sites.

You’ll organise meetings, manage communications, produce reports, and help measure impact, building relationships across the Trust. The role offers varied work and opportunities to contribute to Compassionate Excellence.
