We are seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts and household tasks.
• Support clients with mobility and access to the community.
• Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records and daily notes.
• Promote dignity, independence and choice at all times.

Requirements

• Previous domiciliary care experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful and reliable approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant care training and DBS, where required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred where required for the role.
