Store Supervisor: Lead a high-energy team & drive sales

Superdrug is seeking a Supervisor to shape the leadership journey and help drive store performance. You will support the management team, motivate colleagues, and focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. 16 hours per week with potential to take on more hours.

In this role you’ll be right there with the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, aiming for sales targets, and maintaining store standards while providing friendly, expert help to customers.
