Facilities & Premises Technician – Building Compliance

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a Premises Officer to maintain and monitor the HQ and other sites, ensuring compliance and high service levels for occupiers and visitors.

You will inspect, repair and maintain complex building infrastructure, and act as technical lead for health and safety in facilities management, while supporting front-of-house operations to deliver an excellent customer experience.
