Graduate Area Manager: Store Leader in Training

Aldi offers a 12-month graduate programme designed to develop future Area Managers. You begin with a two-week induction, followed by intensive training on store operations and decision-making. You’ll then be given the keys to your own store and a team to lead, working to maximise sales and efficiency.
