Since expanding our beautiful showroom, Martin & Martin Goldsmiths is on the lookout for a new sales associate to join our team. We’re searching for self motivated, dynamic individual who genuinely loves people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy meaningful conversations, beautiful jewellery, and being part of a close knit independent business, you’ll fit right in. Jewellery experience is not essential… but a natural flair for sales and service will definitely earn you extra sparkle points.
Previous jewellery experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We’re much more interested in finding the right person to join our team.
You should be:
- Friendly, approachable and confident
- Naturally good with people
- Reliable, organised and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Keen to learn about jewellery, diamonds, watches and precious metals
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Well presented and comfortable working in a premium retail environment
Previous retail or customer service experience would be beneficial.
