In-Store Shoe Sales Associate

Clarks in Royal Leamington Spa is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver an excellent consumer experience while meeting in-store targets. You will help present shoes and accessories and contribute to daily store standards across front and back of house.

The role focuses on delivering brand experiences, staying current with product knowledge, and working as part of a team to achieve KPI targets. A7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, is required.
