Community Liaison Lead – Social Housing & Maintenance

Wates Property Services seeks an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our Planned Maintenance team covering the Leamington Spa area. You’ll be the key link between residents and operational teams, ensuring works are delivered with excellent customer service and clear communication throughout.

You will build trust with residents, manage enquiries and coordinate access while supporting vulnerable customers. A full UK driving licence is essential to this role.
