National Accident Helpline in Kettering is seeking a Helpline Advisor to provide empathetic customer service to clients who have had an accident that wasn’t their fault. You will take inbound calls and guide customers through the initial stages of their claims process.

Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–8pm, with a shift pattern and no weekend work. A comprehensive training programme and benefits including a pension, healthcare, and a monthly bonus are on offer.
