Average weekly earnings: £450–£600 Potential annual earnings: £24,000–£30,000 Our uncapped commission structure means your earnings grow as your performance improves.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Customer Engagement — Speak with customers face-to-face, build rapport, increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Promoting Campaigns — Introduce customers to exciting products, services and seasonal offers.
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with your team, share ideas and support each other’s growth.
- Personal Development — Take part in regular coaching sessions and hands-on training.
- Winter Campaigns — Contribute to high-energy seasonal promotions during the busy winter period.
