37 hours – Monday to Friday

Salary

Starting salary £28,000 with opportunities to progress up to £33,000 plus up to 10% Annual PC Bonus

Hybrid Working

We currently operate a hybrid working policy with a mix of home working and office working

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Payment and Account Resolutions Specialists. You’ll work within a high-performing team to support domestic customers who are experiencing difficulties paying their energy bills. You’ll negotiate tailored repayment options, provide energy advice, and deliver empathetic, solution-focused support.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, heres what your new role would look like:

Negotiate payments based on customers ability to pay

Provide energy support and advice.

Communicate effectively via inbound and outbound calls (9am- 5pm)

Support vulnerable customers in line with regulatory standards.

Complete work on time and meet personal/company targets.

Liaise with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve queries

Ensure compliance with all debt management regulations.

About you

Key Criteria What Youll Need

Experience managing difficult conversations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability.

Excellent numerical, spoken, and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.

Highly effective negotiation skills.

Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Applications.

Desirable Criteria – These help decide between those who meet all the above key criteria:

Experience of supporting vulnerable customers.

Experience of working towards KPIs or targets

Relevant experience in a similar role, including credit control.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to a wider team.
