In this role you will service, repair and diagnose vehicle refrigeration and air conditioning systems across the Midlands. You will work remotely, ensuring timely mobile service delivery and professional customer interactions. You will support safe, compliant operations and contribute to the efficiency of field teams. Responsibilities

• Manage van stock to support efficient service delivery
• Carry out daily safety checks on company vehicle
• Coordinate with management on job scheduling, downtime, and customer orders
• Complete paperwork and digital records for invoicing and compliance
• Support apprentices or trainee engineers when required
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional representation of the company

Key requirements

• Experience in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering
• F-Gas certification
• C&G qualification or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
• IT literacy including Microsoft Office and handheld PDA systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
