Job Description Residential Conveyancer | 2+ PQE | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | January 2027 Start A well-established law firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover, commencing in January 2027. This is a full-time position managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling matters from instruction through to post-completion, while maintaining excellent levels of client care and communication with all parties involved. The ideal candidate will be: A Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer Able to demonstrate 2-3 years experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload Comfortable handling transactions independently from instruction to completion A strong team player with the ability to work autonomously An excellent communicator, both written and verbal Self-motivated, proactive, and organised Professional, approachable, and client-focused The firm offers: ~ Competitive salary and benefits package ~25 days annual leave plus bank holidays ~ Employee Assistance Programme ~ Holiday buy and sell scheme ~ Pension scheme ~ Health cash plan following successful completion of probation
