We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our Intellectual Disabilities & Autism team.

As a Support Worker at our Heathers service, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, providing hands-on care and emotional support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
? About the Role
You’ll play a key role in day-to-day life at The Heathers, where your support makes a real difference. This is a varied, rewarding and physically active role that involves:
- Developing and maintaining trusting, professional relationships with the people who use our services, acting in a supportive and empathetic manner.
- Showing compassion and sensitivity to the needs of the people who use our services and their next of kin.
- Contributing to a harmonious and therapeutic environment.
- Supporting the people who use our services to manage their physical health, mental health and wellbeing through the development and implementation of an individual support plan.
- Identifying problems and issues, and working with the people who use our services to provide the most appropriate solutions to promote wellbeing for all.
