The Role
- Salary up to £60,000
- Full-time position
- Lead and support the nursing and care team
- Oversee clinical standards and resident care
- Drive continuous improvement across the home
- Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals
About You
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Previous Nurse Manager / Clinical Management experience
- Strong leadership and clinical skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent resident care
