As a Support Worker in East Lancashire, you’ll besupporting adults with a range of needs includinglearning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities,acquired brain injuries and mental health needs.Lifeways support is designed around each individual’s preferences,routines and aspirations.
Your responsibilities mayinclude:
- Personal careroutines
- Meal preparation and householdtasks
- Supporting with appointments
- Social and community activities
- Encouraging independence and developing lifeskills
- Promoting choice, dignity andpersonalised support
