Meet the People You’ll BeSupporting

You’ll be supporting two gentlemenand one lady with learning disabilities and epilepsy to liveindependently, pursue their interests, and enjoy day-to-daylife.

Together, you’ll enjoy activities suchas:

  • Swimming
  • Shopping trips
  • Zumbaclasses
  • Ice skating (although skating skillsare not required, professional support is available)

No two days are the same. One day you may behelping someone attend a local activity, and the next you could besupporting them to develop new life skills, meet friends, orachieve a personal goal.

What You’ll BeDoing

As a Support Worker, you’ll help peoplewith:

  • Daily living skills
  • Building confidence and independence
  • Accessing community activities and events
  • Managing appointments and routines
  • Developing hobbies and interests
  • Living the life they choose

Most importantly, you’ll be providing encouragement,companionship, and support that helps people thrive.

Working Hours

Full-Time: 37.5 hours perweek

Shift patternsinclude:

  • 07:00 – 14:30
  • 14:30 – 22:00
  • 07:00 –22:00
  • 10:00 – 21:00

You will need to be flexible and able to work every otherweekend.

Driving Requirement

As part of this role, you’ll support people to accessactivities and appointments within the local community. Therefore,you must:

  • Hold a full UK drivinglicence
  • Be willing to drive companyvehicles
