Support Worker– ColchesterSalary: £12.71 per hourHours: Sessional – 0 hours Shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–9:00pm, 9pm-7am wakingnight (weekdays and weekends)

- Acquired brain injuries
- Learningdisabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities
- Mental healthconditions
Support is tailored toeach person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently intheir homes and communities.
YourResponsibilities as a Support Worker
You’llsupport with:
- Personal care andwellbeing
- Meal planning andpreparation
- Household tasks
- Hobbies, activities, and social events
- Building confidence and independence
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individualneeds
- Maintaining accurate records and workingcollaboratively with your team
Please note: You will be working on a rotabasis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able toselect your own shifts.
