Leading international law firm in London seeks a Senior Associate to join its Corporate and Acquisition Finance team. You will handle complex domestic and cross-border transactions, advising banks, sponsors and corporates on acquisition finance, leveraged finance and related structures.
The ideal candidate has 3+ PQE with strong transactional experience at a top firm, excellent academics and commercial acumen, and a keen interest in working within a collaborative, ambitious team.
