Customer-Facing Implementation Lead: Pre-Sales to Go-Live

Proton.ai is hiring an Implementation Manager to own standard customer engagements from pre-sales solutioning through a successful go-live. You will be the customer-facing owner of the plan, the work, and the outcome—translating distributor workflows into an implementation that delivers value quickly.

You’ll lead delivery, governance, and risk management across configuration, integrations, data, testing, training, and cutover, partnering with engineering and engagement managers as needed.
