Strategic Account Executive – AI Service Platform

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to join the Agentforce Service team, driving growth for one of Salesforce’s fastest-growing products. You will lead quota-carrying direct sales to customers using Contact Centre, ITSM, HR service software, and develop robust account plans to expand ACV through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will engage in discovery to understand client objectives, articulate a compelling value proposition, and coordinate with internal teams to advance deals.
