Mechanical Project Manager required for a start in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
What is required for a Project Manager?
Tickets: SMSTS
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience: Must have 2 years’ experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
Job duties:
- A new build Church- overseeing overall project, the site manager and up to 15 engineers- heating plumbing installation and overseeing mechanical progress.
- Must have – commercial mechanical experience, heating, ventilation, plumbing and BMS controls.
Pay:
£350 per day
Weekly pay on a Friday
Other information:
Working hours: 7:30am – 4.30pm
