Interlink Talent Solutions is assisting a leading international law firm in recruiting a Real Estate Planning Associate to join their market-leading planning practice in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves advising developers, investors, landowners, and public sector clients on complex planning matters across major development, regeneration, and infrastructure projects.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- UK-qualified solicitor with relevant planning law experience.
- Demonstrated experience across a range of contentious and/or non-contentious planning matters.
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system and development process.
- Commercially minded with strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advising clients on planning applications, appeals, agreements, and other development processes.
- Supporting major residential, commercial, regeneration, and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Real Estate, Projects, and Infrastructure departments on complex developments.
- Developing client relationships and contributing to business development opportunities.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Pay Range: £105,000.00/yr – £120,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
Mode: Full-time, On-site (London Area)
