THE ROLE
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join an established team
The work will involve handling a broad ranging corporate workload; leading transactions from instruction to completion, advising SME’s entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses
The post-holder will be expected to handle M & A work, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings and more general company law advisory work particularly in real estate
The role will also involve managing and mentoring team members and participating in business development programmes
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified solicitor with 5 + PQE of relevant corporate experience gained working for a leading law firm
You will be looking to handle a high quality and varied corporate workload in a role offering a significant level of responsibility
