Senior Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) – M&A & SMEs

Amaze Select is recruiting a Corporate Solicitor for a Legal 500-recognised law firm, seeking an experienced solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in corporate work, ideally with SMEs, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs, to join our team in London.

You will lead transactions from instruction through completion, mentor junior lawyers, develop client relationships, and contribute to cross-referral opportunities within a collaborative, partner-led culture.
