Commercial Property Senior Associate

This thriving large firm is looking for a senior commercial property solicitor to join and undertake a wide range of commercial property matters including:

• sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
• grant of new lease / lease renewals.
• refinancing and secured lending, acting for both lenders and borrowers.
• site acquisition, acting for developers.
• commercial property aspects of corporate transactional work, including M&A transactions, company re-structuring and re-financing matters.

There will also be an opportunity to become involved with the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives, including:

• creating and maintaining client and referral relationships.
• launching online marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ PQE.
• excellent technical and project management skills.
• excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• able to use your initiative and solve problems independently.
• able to work effectively under pressure.
• be enthusiastic and flexible with a team approach to working.
• interested in entrepreneurship, marketing and business development initiatives.
