IP/Brand Protection – Senior Associate

Premier IP/brand protection team has an exciting new opening for a 5+PQE Senior Associate or Trade Mark Attorney. The team is considered at the top of their game, advisingsome of the world’s most prestigious brandson all IP protection and enforcement matters.

This is very much a role for someone who enjoys building client relationships and being their ‘go to’. You will advise on brand protection, related advisory and disputes work, primarily focusing on soft IP (trade marks, copyright and designs).

The team are keen to hear from lawyers with a true passion for IP and solid experience advising on trade mark and design strategy, clearance, prosecution, portfolio management and enforcement.
