An UHNW founder of a social and collaborative Family Office in Kensington is looking for an exceptional and highly experienced Private Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a principal with a busy and varied personal life.
This is a fast-paced and varied role for someone who enjoys being one step ahead. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the principal’s diary, travel, residences, personal projects and social commitments.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, discreet and proactive, with excellent judgement and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and maintain exceptionally high standards at all times.
We are looking for an experienced Private PA with 10+ years’ experience supporting a high-profile principal, family office, private household or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
- Manage a busy and complex diary, coordinating appointments, meetings, events and travel.
- Act as the principal’s key point of contact for personal and administrative matters.
- Manage correspondence, invitations and communications on the principal’s behalf.
- Prepare meeting briefs and ensure the principal is fully prepared for engagements.
- Maintain accurate records, contacts and filing systems.
- Take ownership of personal projects and ad hoc requests.
- Travel & Lifestyle Management
- Organise UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
- Coordinate transport, accommodation, restaurant reservations, tickets and private appointments.
- Research and arrange trusted services, suppliers and specialist appointments.
- Assist with personal shopping, gifts and other lifestyle requirements.
- Household & Property Coordination
- Liaise with household staff, property managers, contractors and other family properties.
- Help ensure the smooth running of the principal’s residences.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and management of household staff.
- Oversee household administration, inventories and petty cash for the London residence.
Hospitality & Events
- Organise private lunches, dinners, family gatherings and social events.
- Manage guest communications and event logistics.
- Welcome visitors to the residence when required.
- Ensure events are professionally organised and run seamlessly.

- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with colleagues and household staff.
- Knowledgeable about London’s best restaurants, cultural institutions, services and suppliers.
- Experienced in supporting principals with diverse personal, cultural, charitable and social interests.
- A genuine dog lover.
