Strategic HR Manager – Manufacturing & Distribution

Bluebox HR Limited is hiring an HR Manager for Coventry, a fully site-based role within our warehousing, manufacturing and distribution operation. You will own the people agenda and lead on policies, processes and HR systems to support the Board’s strategy.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will coach line managers, handle employee relations, resourcing, learning and development, performance management and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
