Public Sector HR Change Leader – Interim

Tile Hill is helping a public sector organisation to appoint an Interim HR Manager on a fixed-term basis with a hybrid work pattern. The role requires strong change leadership, in-depth employment law and employee relations knowledge, experience with trade unions, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

The position is offered on a fixed-term contract with a salary in the region of £70,000-£80,000 and an ASAP start date, with hybrid working arrangements.
