Luxury Retail Area Manager – Multi-Store Operations Lead

Derek Rose is seeking a Retail Area Manager to lead our Marylebone, Knightsbridge and Notting Hill stores from our Baker Street head office, with regular travel to the shops.

You will drive standards, team development, clienteling and commercial performance, ensuring compliance and a premium customer experience across all sites.

This challenging role requires 5+ years in multi-store luxury retail and a hands-on leader who can balance operations with brand presentation.
