Zertus UK & Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our TA function across UK&I operations. You’ll shape talent strategy, build strong pipelines, partner with Directors and HR teams, and oversee a small TA team while staying hands-on in delivery.
Based at Humdinger, Sherburn-in-Elmet, with some UK&I travel and hybrid working, the role covers high-volume site recruitment, employer branding, ATS governance (iCIMS) and early careers programs to support growth.
