A dynamic FMCG business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Manager to partner closely with operational and commercial teams across the organisation.
This is a high-visibility role where you’ll play a key part in driving profitability, influencing commercial decisions, and helping shape pricing and growth strategy within a fast-moving environment.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you’ll act as a true business partner across commercial and procurement functions, supporting strategic decision making through robust analysis, insight, and financial challenge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with commercial, procurement, and operational stakeholders
- Customer profitability analysis and margin improvement initiatives
- Supporting tenders, bids, and pricing strategy
- Building financial models and commercial scenario analysis
- Delivering insightful reporting and forecasting
- Influencing decision making through data and commercial insight
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance
- Supporting continuous improvement across reporting and finance processes
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- Fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- A strong commercial finance business partner
- Experienced within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution, or fast-paced environments
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong analytically with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Commercially curious with a proactive mindset
- Someone who enjoys improving processes and driving performance
