Legal Counsel – Pilgrim’s Europe

Full‑time in‑house legal role based in Uxbridge, England, supporting a fast‑paced, international business in the food and beverage manufacturing sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (UK)
• Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE
• Experience in a leading law firm or fast‑paced in‑house environment
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts
• Support M&A transactions, corporate projects and company secretarial activities
• Advise on legal and regulatory matters, including disputes and compliance issues
• Partner with stakeholders to provide pragmatic legal guidance
• Identify legal risks and develop practical solutions to support business objectives
• Support wider legal projects and initiatives as required
