About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-driven Field Operations Manager to lead their field service teams in the East London area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, managing field technicians, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to optimize operational efficiency in a geographically dispersed team. You will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and effective execution of services at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of field service technicians.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and dispatch of field personnel to meet service demands.
• Monitor field operations performance, implementing strategies for improvement.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction in all field interactions.
• Manage inventory of parts and equipment for field service vehicles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a remote or dispersed team of technicians.
• Strong understanding of service delivery processes and logistics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with field service management software is highly desirable.
