Job Description:
eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Criminal Solicitor (Proceeds of Crime) in Swansea for a role with 4+ PQE. The successful candidate will advise on complex proceeds of crime matters, asset restraint, confiscation and enforcement, working with police and partners to shape case strategy and review evidence.
You will manage cases through the prosecution process, make charging decisions, advise on disclosure and evidential matters, prepare legal documentation and present serious cases.
