South HR Business Partner: Aligning Strategy & People

Thermotraffic GmbH is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with managers across the South to translate HR strategy into practical actions. You will act as a trusted adviser, guiding on performance, absence management, talent, and employment matters.

The role uses workforce data to anticipate people requirements, support workforce planning and lead HR projects that improve employee capability and the overall experience, with a minimum 1 day per week in the Newark office.
