On-Site HR Manager – Lead People & Change in Manufacturing

Morgan Philips Group is delighted to partner with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This on-site, full-time role is based near Hayes and carries significant visibility across the operation.

You will lead the people agenda, drive engagement and EDI initiatives, oversee recruitment for blue- and white-collar teams, manage employee relations, change programmes and HR policy development, while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
